Lemon Squeezy handles billing, payment processing, sales tax / VAT / GST, and the processing of refunds. Your purchase receipt and any billing correspondence come from Lemon Squeezy.

How to request a refund

• Email support@leaddontbleed.com within 14 days of your purchase.
• Include the email address used at checkout and your Lemon Squeezy order number (shown on your receipt).
• We will confirm and process the refund through Lemon Squeezy. Refunds return to the original payment method.

After a refund

Because these are digital instruments and guides, requesting a refund means you agree to cease using the files, marks, and instruments delivered with the product and to delete any downloaded copies.

Licensed Provider Edition

The Licensed Provider Edition is an annual license. The same 14-day refund window applies from the date of purchase or renewal. By requesting a refund you forfeit the license and agree to cease all use of the marks and instruments.
