1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of leaddontbleed.com (the “Site”), the digital products published under the Lead. Don’t Bleed.™ doctrine, and the email lists operated by Ledgerstone Press. The Site is operated by Sentinel Asset Holdings LLC through its publishing imprint, Ledgerstone Press. By accessing the Site, subscribing to a list, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase from it.
2. Eligibility
The Site and the digital products are intended for adult professional audiences. You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to any list, purchase any product, or create any account. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account
Some products require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify info@leaddontbleed.com promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate an account used in violation of these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, doctrine, diagnostics, frameworks, workbooks, audio, illustrations, design, and code — is the intellectual property of Sentinel Asset Holdings LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The following marks are declared and asserted as trademarks of Sentinel Asset Holdings LLC, used by Ledgerstone Press as the publishing imprint:

- The Reassignment™
- The Leadership Architecture™
- The Routing Problem™
- The Decision Flow Map™
- The Absence Test™

Any use of these marks without prior written authorization from Sentinel Asset Holdings LLC — including reproduction in commercial materials, training programs, derivative works, or facilitation outside the Licensed Provider Edition — is unauthorized. You may quote passages from published material under standard fair-use practice with attribution to the published title and to Ledgerstone Press. You may not reproduce diagnostic workbooks, frameworks, or full chapters without prior written authorization.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize any product purchased from or made available on the Site without authorization.
- Use the Site or the products to develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access control, authentication mechanism, payment system, or rate limit on the Site.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts the Site or the email infrastructure.
- Submit false information when subscribing, purchasing, or contacting us.
- Use any contact address published on the Site for unsolicited commercial outreach.
We may suspend or terminate access for any conduct that breaches this section.
6. Digital Products and Purchases
Paid digital products published under the Lead. Don’t Bleed.™ doctrine — including the Reassignment, the Leadership Architecture, the Licensed Provider Edition, and any other paid product — are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes the transaction, collects and remits applicable sales tax and value-added tax, and issues the receipt.
Pricing. Listed prices are in United States dollars unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout by the merchant of record.
Delivery. Digital products are delivered electronically through the email address provided at checkout. Access to subscription products is provisioned to the account associated with the purchase.
Money-back guarantee. Paid digital products carry a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, in line with Lemon Squeezy merchant-of-record terms. To request a refund, contact info@leaddontbleed.com within 14 days of purchase with the order ID. Note that the Licensed Provider Edition, as a commercial license, carries adapted refund terms set out in its License Agreement.
Lead magnets and free downloads. Free downloads — including The Containment Check™ workbook — are provided without charge and are not subject to the money-back guarantee.
License. Purchase of a digital product grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for personal professional use. Any use as facilitation material with your own clients requires the separate Licensed Provider Edition.
7. Email Communications
Subscription to any email list operated by Ledgerstone Press is voluntary and uses double opt-in confirmation where required by law. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are processed immediately. Transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets, license keys) are not subject to unsubscribe and will continue while an active purchase or account exists.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may reference third-party publications, books, or resources. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party site or service.
9. Disclaimers
The Site, the digital products, and the diagnostics are provided “as is” and “as available.” The work is published as observational and operational reference material for senior professional readers. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or psychological advice. Application to a specific organization or individual situation is the responsibility of the reader. No outcome is promised or guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel Asset Holdings LLC and Ledgerstone Press disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel Asset Holdings LLC, Ledgerstone Press, their affiliates, and their respective officers, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the Site, the products, or these Terms — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In all events, the aggregate liability of Sentinel Asset Holdings LLC and Ledgerstone Press arising out of or related to the Site, the products, or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sentinel Asset Holdings LLC, Ledgerstone Press, their affiliates, and their respective officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or the products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 13, you and Sentinel Asset Holdings LLC consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Solano County, California, for any matter not subject to arbitration.
13. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or the products shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules, conducted in English in Solano County, California, or by remote videoconference. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Sentinel Asset Holdings LLC waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. This Section 13 does not preclude either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for infringement of intellectual property rights. If any portion of this Section 13 is held unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in effect.
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in operating practice, product structure, or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective date” and “Last updated” fields above. Continued use of the Site after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
